The Property

Our Shipwatch condominium is located directly on the Atlantic ocean with beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. The views you see were taken from our balcony. The 2142-square-foot living area has three large bedrooms each with its own full bath located within the bedroom suite. The condo has beautifully decorated rooms with oil paintings and tile floors and for additional privacy when you retreat to the lower floor it is as though you have gone to another condo! The bedrooms/baths and laundry area are downstairs and upstairs is a large kitchen, half bath, living area, wet bar and separate formal dining room. The large balcony has three sets of sliding glass doors that gives floor to ceiling views from every room upstairs. The balcony is furnished with a beautiful table and chairs for enjoying your coffee as the sun rises or dining under the stars.

Shipwatch at Amelia Island

We knew when we drove up to Shipwatch that we had made an excellent choice. The villa was gorgeous, clean, large, and to top it off, had a magnificent view. My husband and I took our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons. We had a wonderful time. Our daughter sent us a thank you card which pretty much summed up our week at Shipwatch. She said they will never forget all the memories we shared — 82 degree weather, the beach, fishing, horseback riding, shopping, great restaurants and board games to mention a few. The owners were great to work with and the villa had everything we needed. If you want to go for a family vacation and have all the amenities your could ask for, you should try Shipwatch.

What a Florida gem

What a Florida gem. Amelia Island during Car week is exciting and worth the visit. This year we choose to try VRBO and the experience was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and well located. The Condo has a wonderful balcony with view of the Atlantic. It is easy walking distance form the beach and has access to the heated pool and bbq grills.

The rooms and baths are well thought out with comfortable beds and the kitchen area is well stocked with utensils, glassware and dinning serving pieces. They have a lovely indoor dinning area as well as a balcony table. I can not think of anything that would make this Condo better. It has it all…
